**YOUR ROLE**

A Post Producer at Craft London is the main liaise between client teams and the post-production operators in broadcast/video and digital adaptation. You will leverage your deep understanding of broadcast/video post-production and requirements to coach and guide teams and clients through a project lifecycle. This role requires an ability to communicate strongly and effectively with internal and client teams to drive decisions and next steps.

Please note that this is a mid-level position.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**

Lead the post production process to include offline, online, VFX, motion graphics, sound design, voice-overs and music

Estimate the scope of work prior to and during production.

Oversee the quality and accuracy of all deliverables and client approval exports

Manage client and partner relationships as required for each stage of post production, monitoring and escalating project risks, soliciting client/partner feedback, making modifications to deliverables

Manage third party vendors as necessary in the delivery of projects, including gathering estimates

Support content / shoot producers with necessary advice for shoots, including VFX supervision, camera and rushes specs, etc.

Manage 2D and 3D workflows and complex VFX if required

Assist with pre-production previz or animatics if required

When working with virtual production, the Post Producer leads the pre-production creation of assets for LED screens and other Unreal engine visual assets.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**

Experience in Post Production specifically adaptation

High level of English is mandatory

Experience building project & resource plans

Effective negotiation and conflict management skills

Experience managing project financials

Excellent collaborator

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Agency experience a plus

Highly organized with great attention to detail

Ability to work independently and efficiently

A team player who understands how to work effectively in a fast paced, evolving organization

Strong leaders with project management skills

Able to handle multiple projects
