Attractive Salary and Benefits Package
As a Registered General Nurse at our client's East Sussex location, you can expect a competitive annual salary of £36,095, with the potential to earn up to £38,319 per annum, plus enhancements.
The role also comes with a £7,000 welcome bonus, comprehensive benefits including free parking, subsidised meals, and enhanced maternity pay, as well as a birthday holiday and gym membership.
Job Description and Responsibilities
As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, promoting mental health initiatives and treatments, communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate patient records.
You will also participate in continuous professional development, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, and partner with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have an active NMC PIN, relevant clinical experience, strong communication skills, a dedication to quality and improvement, an innovative approach to care, and a passion for mental health care.
