Job Title: Strategic Development Manager

Salary: £70,000 - £100,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Development Manager to join our team in CBRE UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing planning advice to external and internal clients across all sectors/land-uses, with a focus on projects across the North.

The ideal candidate will have professional membership of either the RICS (P&D) or RTPI with relevant experience post qualification experience. They will be dynamic, enthusiastic, flexible and commercially astute with excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing planning advice to external and internal clients
  • Day to day involvement in major/complex applications and planning instructions
  • Preparing Planning Appraisals, Statements and Evidence documents
  • Undertaking planning due diligence
  • Preparing and coordinating planning appeals
