Front Desk Receptionist

About the Position:
Sammons Recruitment Ltd invites applications for the role of Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will provide a warm welcome, handle phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that all interactions are positive and memorable.
- Manage front-desk duties, including receiving visitors, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, book meetings, and schedule appointments for clients.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure seamless communication and efficient task execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to adapt to new software quickly.
- Database management experience, ideally with the Lille database.
- At least one year of experience in an administrative role.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong telephone etiquette.
Working Conditions:
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, with a guaranteed salary of £11.44 per hour. You will enjoy on-site parking, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career advancement.
