Office Receptionist and Social Media Coordinator

AMI Chiropractic Clinic which has very quickly grown and is in need of additional administrative resources. We pride ourselves on exceptional service, quality care and results.
**The Role**
Your main responsibilities will be ‘front of house’, maintaining practice flow and supporting the practitioners administratively. Behind the scenes you will be responsible for general day to day operations and certain tasks based around social media creation, lead activation and reactivation and marketing campaigns.
Applicants must have an exceptional attention to detail. They must be confident in working with the public and prepared to learn and grow as part of a team.
**We are looking for a Part -time Clinical Administrator with a background in marketing.**
**Hours of Work 20 hours per week. Generally 2 mornings, and 2 evening and alternate Saturdays.**
We are a small and independent team, therefore flexibility for cover at short notice and holiday is essential.
Unfortunately we do not offer a hybrid working
**Duties & Responsibilities**
1. Opening up and operate ‘Front of house’ and closing down the clinic/office
2. Keeping a track of daily account records
3. Maintaining petty cash
4. Monitor and follow up outstanding accounts
5. Weekly finance reconciliation and reporting
6. Monthly P and L
7. Assist with daily, weekly and monthly admin-based tasks
8. Operate the CRM booking system
9. Maintain procedures according to the Procedures Manual
10. Attend and contribute to clinic meetings
11. Assist in social media and marketing
12. Lead communication, tracking and reactivating
13. Assist in internal and external promotional events and campaigns
14. Maintaining internal and external communication
15. Filing and uploading records
16. Maintaining a practice flow
17. Keep the clinic clean and tidy
18. Team training, temporary holiday and sickness cover when required
19. Undertake any other reasonable duties commensurate with the post that may be required from time to time
**Qualifications Required**
Grade C GCSE (or equivalent) English & Mathematics
Administration and customer services experience

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
