We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Templeton House Care Home, a luxury private nursing home in Ayr.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
  • Ensure high standards of care and quality of life for residents
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • RGN qualified with strong clinical skills
  • Experience in leading and managing a team in an elderly care setting
  • Ability to support staff with further training and development
  • Confident to step in for the Home Manager as needed
