Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Templeton House Care Home. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the care home.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day management of the care home, ensuring that all aspects of care are delivered to the highest standard.
- Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent care.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure that all aspects of care are considered.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care delivered, making recommendations for improvement as necessary.
- Ensure that all care home policies and procedures are adhered to, and that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and accountabilities.
Requirements
- RGN qualified with a strong clinical background.
- Experience of leading and managing a team in a care setting.
- Ability to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, residents, and external agencies.
- Ability to work autonomously, with a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills.
