Join Our Team as a Clinical Deputy Manager

Templeton House Care Home is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified RGN with strong clinical skills and experience of leading and managing a team. You will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the care home. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a supportive and positive culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the care home
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of our residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care delivered
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

  • RGN qualified
  • Strong clinical skills
  • Experience of leading and managing a team
  • Able to support staff with further training and support
  • Confident to step in for the Home Manager from time to time
