We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Templeton House Care Home. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
- Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the care home.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in elderly care.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £23.50 per hour.
- A 40-hour contract with opportunities for overtime.
- A comprehensive pension scheme.
- 5.6 weeks annual leave.
