About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Unit Manager to join our care home team. As a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for a specific part of the care home and deliver the highest level of care.
  • Run the care home in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager.
  • Advocate and deliver a person-centred approach to care.
  • Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility.
