About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care are delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

As a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the Home Manager's absence, and supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver exceptional care.

Person Specification

We are looking for an individual with a degree in Nursing and a valid UK NMC Pin. You will have a background in person-centred care planning within a care home and be able to demonstrate a positive and empathetic approach to care.
