Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of nurses and care staff to deliver exceptional care to our residents.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
- Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the care home is running efficiently and effectively.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the care home is compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care.
