Clinical Care Home Deputy Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Care Home Deputy Manager to join our team at Search. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our care home staff, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and management to care home staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Work closely with our care home team to ensure the smooth operation of the home.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote excellent care and support.

Requirements:

  • Experience working within a care home environment, with a strong understanding of care principles and practices.
  • Active PIN and leadership and management experience preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
