Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. As a Clinical Lead Mental Health and Deputy Director of Healthcare Operations, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents and supporting the nursing team in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Combining Clinical Nursing with Staff Management: You will be responsible for mentoring the nursing team and providing supervision on the floor, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.
  • Mentoring and Supervision: You will work closely with the nursing team to provide guidance and support, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Clinical Governance and Risk Management: You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with clinical governance, risk management, and audit, adhering to all policies, procedures, protocols, evidence-based nursing practice, and NMC guidelines.
  • Leadership and Management: You will provide leadership and management to the nursing team, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver high-quality care to our residents.

Requirements:

  • Nursing Qualifications: You will need to have relevant nursing qualifications (RGN, RNLD, or RMN) and experience working with the elderly in a nursing home environment.
  • Leadership and Management Experience: You will need to have experience in a leadership or management role, with a strong understanding of clinical governance, risk management, and audit.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with the nursing team, residents, and other stakeholders.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary of £23.48 per hour.
  • Full-time, Permanent Role: This is a full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week.
