Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at a low secure mental health hospital in Scotland.

About the Role

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to young adults with complex mental health needs. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to patients with complex mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop strategies for improvement
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Valid NMC registration with no restrictions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Minimum of one year of mental health experience
  • Strong team-working skills and a flexible approach
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to high-quality care
