About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Priory Group. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to patients with mental health conditions, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care plans.
  • Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients, families, and carers to promote recovery and well-being.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification.
  • Experience working in mental health settings, preferably in a low-secure environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
