About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Priory Group. As a Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health conditions, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care to individuals with mental health conditions
  • Conduct assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions and therapies to support individuals in achieving their goals
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
