Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at a low secure mental health hospital in Scotland.

About the Role

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to young adults with complex mental health needs, including personality disorder, trauma, psychosis, self-harm, and offending behavior.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to patients with complex mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Support patients in achieving their goals and promoting positive behavior change
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
Requirements
  • Relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD)
  • Valid NMC registration with no restrictions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Minimum of one year of mental health experience
  • Strong team-working skills
  • High level of self-motivation and flexibility
  • Positive attitude and natural caring and compassionate approach
