We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Templeton House Care Home. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to deliver exceptional care to our residents.
  • Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the care home.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £23.50.
  • A 40-hour contract with opportunities for overtime.

Requirements:

  • RGN qualified with a strong clinical background.
  • Experience of leading and managing a team in an elderly care setting.
  • Ability to develop and implement care plans that meet individual resident needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
