EAST CHESHIRE NHS TRUST ARE SEEKING A PATIENT FLOW SPECIALIST TO JOIN OUR TEAM As a key member of our Discharge Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient discharge of patients from our hospitals. Working closely with healthcare professionals, you will identify and address any issues that may impact patient flow and provide support to patients and their families throughout the discharge process.

  • You will be responsible for coordinating the discharge of patients from hospital, using your excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure that all necessary steps are taken to prepare patients for discharge.
  • Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure will enable you to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, and a generous holiday entitlement.
