Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Governance Director to join our Governance and Safety team as the Head of Clinical Effectiveness & Patient Safety. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of clinical effectiveness and governance functions across the Trust, ensuring that systems thinking, human factors, and just culture principles are embedded in all patient safety processes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a forward-thinking professional with a passion for clinical audit and patient safety to contribute to the development of a safer culture and safer systems within our organisation.

The estimated salary for this role is around £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the management and delivery of clinical effectiveness and governance functions
- Implement systems thinking, human factors, and just culture principles
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to clinical effectiveness and governance

Person Specification:
- Master's level qualification or equivalent through post-registration training and short specialist courses or experience
- Clinical Audit course certification
- Evidence of ongoing professional development

Working Hours:
- Full-time position
- 37 hours per week
