Patient Pathway Quality Assurance Manager

The NHS Trust is seeking a Patient Pathway Quality Assurance Manager to assist in achieving the national 18 week referral to treatment target (RTT). This role involves analysing patient pathways, validating data, and providing advice to staff on RTT related matters. A key aspect of this position is to investigate and resolve data quality issues, manage patient journeys, and provide a central point for referrals into and out of the Trust.
Key Responsibilities- To analyse data and validate patient pathways to ensure accurate recording of clock start and stop times, tracking potential breaches of RTT targets, and maintaining a central point for referrals into and out of the Trust.
- To provide a Data Quality Service to all departments within the trust, investigating and resolving data quality issues identified via the 18 week PTL, Information Reports and routine audits.
- To manage each patient journey from referral to treatment in an efficient and timely manner, and provide advice to staff on RTT related matters.
Knowledge of office procedures, hospital patient administration systems, and previous experience in administration roles are essential for this position. We estimate the salary for this role to be around £32,000-£40,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
