This is an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our innovative and friendly team on a fixed term basis as part of our Out-patient Therapy team. The role offers a range of experiences from Physiotherapy Assistants through to Advanced Clinical Practitioners and First Contact Practitioners.

Main Duties
  • To act as part of the Clinical and Administrative Physiotherapy teams for centres across East Cheshire and take an active role in assisting in the organisation and delegation of duties within the Physiotherapy team, aiding in the dissemination of knowledge and duties required to maintain high standards associated with each East Cheshire clinic.
  • To act as a Clinical Specialist, providing a high standard of specialist assessment and treatment for musculoskeletal/orthopaedic patients in a variety of locations.
  • To support the Team Managers and Advanced Clinical Specialists in the day-to-day running of the clinics and assist in service improvement initiatives in area of work.
Person Specification
  • HCPC registration
  • Clinical educators training
  • Attendance at degree level postgraduate courses relevant to the specialist area or working towards this
