Nurse Practitioner Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Park Lane Surgery. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our practice.
Job Description- Patient Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and education. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Clinical Decision-Making: Use your clinical expertise to make informed decisions about patient care, taking into account their medical history, symptoms, and treatment options.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure clear communication and mutual understanding.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices, and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Qualifications: Registered General Nurse with a valid practicing certificate.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a nurse practitioner or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
- Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position working within our GP practice. The successful candidate will have regular opportunities for continuing professional development and contribute to the growth and development of the practice team.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is between £38,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an annual performance-related bonus.
