Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

Citi Commercial Bank UK (CCB UK) is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our Industrials banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions and expertise to drive their business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategically engage with clients' C-suite to maximize the 'One Citi' client experience by leveraging and sharing Citi's market-leading insights, global network, and solutions.
- Deliver exceptional client service by understanding and delivering on clients' holistic treasury and strategic agenda, taking ownership of client-level planning, budget, and revenue responsibilities.
- Administrate the credit relationship of clients, coordinate and supervise the entire process, ensuring the proper application of policies and institutional processes, while appropriately assessing risk and safeguarding the bank's reputation.
- Collaborate with various product teams, Underwriting/Risk teams, and junior bankers to develop opportunities and drive business growth.
- Develop and build strong relationships with key business introducers, including debt advisors, corporate finance, legal, audit, industry associations, and other key industry influencers.
- Monitor and support products' implementation processes, clients on-boarding process, and manage sales CRM platform.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies/guidelines at all times, verifying adherence to global KYC standards during the onboarding process and ongoing.
- Extensive previous experience in banking, relationship management, and credit.
- Graduate/Master's degree.
