About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our Sales team in London, reporting to the Head of Institutional Banking division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through upselling our products and solutions, as well as maintaining existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and strategies to identify opportunities for Banking Circle to support their growth.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and act as a subject matter expert to clients, ensuring high-quality communication with both clients and internal stakeholders.
  3. Create account management plans and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for key clients.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Compliance, Legal, AML & Operations, to champion client requirements and drive business growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 4 years of experience in relationship management within payments, banking, acquiring, or the merchant division of a key financial services company. You should have a strong track record of leading and growing high-value brands or accounts, with a focus on revenue and upsell opportunities.
