This role is part of our global Sales and Relationship team, reporting to the Head of Sales & Relationship UK, Nordics & Benelux.

The focus is on new Sales, Client Management, and Business Development of our Core Services (clearing, settlement, and custody) into international markets.

As part of a small team, you will develop close collaboration between sales persons, product, and operational specialists to drive new revenues and cultivate client relationships.

This role involves managing a number of client relationships, supporting new sales and cross-sell activities, and managing overall client profitability.

You will work closely with Product Management, Client Services, and Securities Operations to ensure seamless service delivery to your assigned client base.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing client relationships and supporting new sales and cross-sell activities
  • Managing overall client profitability
  • Responsible for the overall management of service delivery into your assigned client base
  • On-boarding new clients, including KYC (initial and ongoing), and liaison with product management, operations, and project management where required
  • Responding to and resolving queries involving operational staff, client service, legal, and compliance

Requirements include:

  • Working in a team environment to build and extend strategic relations with banks, broker-dealers, and other client segments
  • Actively planning, managing, and developing global account plans in collaboration with existing clients and originating new accounts
  • Working with leadership to review or create target lists to drive profitable growth and support targeting teams
  • Becoming a role model for building a sales culture in the Securities Services business unit
  • Anticipating and retrieving client needs and requirements, understanding them, and directing them to the relevant business unit of SIX
