Fluent Arabic Relationship Manager
£65k Bonus + Bens

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Cameron Kennedy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing relationships with existing customers, building new relationships with potential clients, and marketing our services and products.
- Market the Bank's Private Banking services and products to existing and potential customers in accordance with our marketing strategies and plans.
- Enhance and develop business relationships between the bank and its High Net Worth and VIP customers to develop existing business or attract new business.
- Explore new commercial and residential investment opportunities in the UK real estate market introduced to the bank, to be offered to customers.
- Prepare and submit adequate credit applications related to residential or commercial property purchases for approval at the appropriate sanctioning level.
- Manage the post-sanction facility implementation process, including obtaining relevant documentation, due diligence, and account opening procedures.

- Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements, including safeguarding information and adhering to the bank's policies and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and review customer files annually in accordance with the Bank's KYC requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and problems in accordance with the bank's complaints policy, and submit reports to Senior Management.
- Gather information and data on competitors and products, and appraise and interpret its significance to Head of Department.
- Ensure the Bank's position is protected in terms of Credit, Compliance, and legal issues at all times.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager with a strong background in customer relationship management, business development, and marketing. The ideal candidate will have:
- Fluent Arabic language skills.
- Previous experience in Relationship Management or a related field.
- Strong business development and marketing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
