Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property developers, lenders, and other industry professionals to identify new business opportunities and grow our portfolio.
- Work closely with our Senior Director to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, manage risk, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

- Proven experience in property development finance, with a strong understanding of credit risk management and business development principles.
