About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our Sales team in London, reporting to the Head of Institutional Banking division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through upsells of our products and solutions, as well as maintaining existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and strategies, and identifying opportunities to support their growth.
- Identify new opportunities to drive additional revenue and act as a subject matter expert to clients.
- Ensure high-quality communication with both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Create account management plans and run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for key clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Compliance, Legal, AML & Operations, to champion client needs and drive business growth.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have at least 4 years of experience in relationship management within payments, banking, acquiring, or within the merchant division of a key financial services company. You should have strong experience in leading and growing high-value brands or accounts, with a focus on revenue and upsell opportunities.
