About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our Sales team in London, reporting to the Head of Institutional Banking division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through upselling our products and solutions, while maintaining existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and strategies to support their growth.
  2. Identify new opportunities to drive additional revenue and act as a subject matter expert to clients.
  3. Ensure high-quality communication with both clients and internal stakeholders.
  4. Create account management plans and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for key clients.
  5. Understand and collate client business requirements and champion this internally across multiple stakeholders.
  6. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal teams, including Product, Compliance, Legal, AML & Operations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 4 years of experience in relationship management within payments, banking, acquiring, or within the merchant division of a key financial services company. You should have strong experience in leading and growing high-value brands or accounts, with a focus on revenue and upsell opportunities.

As a global company, fluency in English is a requirement, both verbally and in writing.
