Business Growth Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Manager to join our team at Macfarlane Packaging. As a Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for expanding sales of manufactured/bespoke packaging solutions across the Southern Midlands/Southeast area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and develop new customer accounts to drive territory growth in line with commercial targets.
- Network and collaborate with colleagues to foster awareness and secure buy-in for our products, leading to customer referrals.
- Assist colleagues with training, joint sales visits, product design, demonstrations, and customer application support.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
Requirements:
- Excellent commercial acumen and problem-solving abilities.
- Full valid UK driving license.
- Experience in distributor sales/channel distribution or direct packaging sales to end-users.
- Experience selling a technical product or application-based solution is preferred, though not essential as training is provided.
