Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Sharples Davies. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and pitches to secure new business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales initiatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Proven track record of sales success in a business-to-business environment
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform sales strategies
- Negotiable base salary depending on experience
