About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Pure Resourcing Solutions. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our business development and marketing efforts, driving growth and expansion through various industry channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Opportunity Identification: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Outreach and Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders through various communication channels, including email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the business, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with other departments to gather insights and contribute to the overall business development strategy, driving growth and expansion through collaborative efforts.
Requirements
  • Strong Administration Skills: Proven experience in an administrative role with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Data Analysis and Management: Comfortable working with data, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy, and ability to analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions.
  • Networking and Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with stakeholders both in person and through digital channels.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Team Player: Collaborative with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively within a team environment and contribute to the overall business development strategy.
