About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Manager to join our team at Empro. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share

  • Collaborate with the Estimating Team to ensure accurate pricing and site surveys
  • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts and partners

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the Hard Services sector
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in MS Office tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
