We are seeking a results-driven Residential Sales Expert to join our team at Lextons in Hove.

This exciting opportunity involves delivering exceptional customer experiences, conducting viewings, generating new business leads, and selling properties. To excel in this role, you will need to possess experience in estate agency, although comprehensive training is provided and career advancement is encouraged.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Registration of potential buyers and organisation of viewings via phone and in-person meetings
  • Generation and scheduling of valuations
  • Arranging viewings
  • Negotiation of offers
  • Liaison with vendors to ensure outstanding customer service throughout their journey with Lextons
  • Monitoring and responding to market changes to inform other departments and maintain up-to-date market knowledge
  • Adherence to industry standards and confidentiality
  • Promotion of the company through marketing and networking to capture business opportunities

Essential Requirements:

  • 1 or more years' experience within estate agency in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS office products
  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Capacity to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Superior organisational skills
  • Confident communication style over the phone
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload effectively
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
  • Team-oriented approach

This role requires working every other Saturday. The salary range is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, with 40 hours worked per week.
