We are pleased to offer a challenging and rewarding role for a skilled Higher Education Skills Coach to join our team at MidKent College. As a Higher Education Skills Coach, you will be responsible for assessing apprentices in Higher Construction (level 4 and above) in accordance with approved college standards and applicable validating/moderating bodies. You will also liaise with relevant departments, complete all related organisation and administration, and visit students in their workplaces to set skill development targets and monitor progress.

This role offers a competitive salary of £43,000 - £53,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits to support your career growth and well-being. We are looking for an experienced professional in construction management or civil engineering who is passionate about teaching and learning, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
