MidKent College is seeking a skilled Apprenticeship Development Specialist to develop the next generation of industry leaders in construction management. As a key member of our team, you will assess apprentices in Higher Construction (level 4 and above) in accordance with approved college standards and applicable validating/moderating bodies. You will also be responsible for liaising with relevant departments, completing all related organisation and administration, and visiting students in their workplaces to set skill development targets and monitor progress.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional in construction management or civil engineering to make a real difference in the lives of our students. We offer a competitive salary of £43,000 - £53,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits to support your career growth and well-being.
