Management Development Specialist

About the Role
">We are looking for a talented individual to join our Operations Teams as a Management Development Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the management of one or more processes, leading a small team of up to 20 on your shift. You will drive the pulse of our operations, playing a key role in getting customer orders out on time.
Apprenticeship Details
The Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship is delivered by Manchester Metropolitan University over three years. You will attend lectures at the University campus three times a year, developing your skills in the workplace with an Amazon mentor and a University Skills Coach. The program will leave graduates with the experience and competences necessary for long-term managerial responsibility.

- Lead a small team of up to 20 on your shift

- Play a key role in getting customer orders out on time
Requirements
To be eligible for the apprenticeship programme, you must meet the following criteria:
- Have lived in the UK or in the EU for the last 3 years
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Be a resident of the UK for the entire duration of the programme (36 months)
- Not be registered to study on a UK government funded course ending September 2025 or later
- Be 18 years old or older before the contract start date (September 2025)
- Be able to read, understand, and communicate in English, and interact and engage comfortably with people at all levels of the business
- Be able to follow a list of guidelines and instructions (verbal or written) to deliver results and meet deadlines
- Be flexible, adaptable, and proactive, with a hands-on approach
- Have excellent customer facing skills and deliver impeccable customer service
- Seek and respond well to feedback
Payout and Benefits
This role offers an estimated salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive benefits such as health insurance, pension scheme, and career development opportunities.
