About the Role:
\Flen Health is an international family-owned company with ambitious growth plans in the pharmaceutical and medical device technological domain. We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Business Manager to reinforce our sales department in the UK-East Midlands region.
\Responsibilities:
\- \
- Represent Flen Health products and manage sales for your territory, including Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, South Yorkshire partnership, and Northamptonshire.\
- Take ownership of your region and develop a relevant sales strategy aligned with market trends and competitor practices.\
- Maintain a strategic business plan aligned with best practices and standards, working closely with the Regional Business Manager.\
- Realize all sales activities from product introduction to customer training and presentation.\
- Build long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in your region.\
- Act as Flen Health's brand ambassador at conferences, congresses, and trade fairs.\
- Maintain our CRM system according to company standards.\
- Work closely with the Marketing and Medical departments to achieve shared goals.\\[p]

- 3-5 years of territory sales experience within wound care or pharmaceutical.\
- Data savvy and comfortable with numbers, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Showpad.\
- Fluency in English and a valid driving license.\\[p]
