Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at SF Recruitment. This role will involve managing internal sales activities, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
About the Role:
- Act as first point of contact for answering incoming calls and logging customer enquiries.
- Coordinate all customer interactions, including quotations and feedback on CRM systems.
- Source raw materials, negotiate prices, and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers, chasing late deliveries and resolving issues.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Sage or similar processing systems is beneficial.
- A 'Can-Do' attitude and experience working in a team environment.
The salary range for this position is approximately £30,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
