About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Management Development Coach to join our team at Pearson in Nottinghamshire, UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver high-quality training programs and develop the skills of our Apprentices.

As a Senior Management Development Coach, you will be responsible for creating and delivering personalized learning programs that support Apprentices in gaining the knowledge, skills, and behaviors required for their Level 3 and 5 Leadership and Management Programmes.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver tailored learning programs that cater to the unique needs of each Apprentice.
  • Contribute to assessment, eligibility, onboarding, and induction processes to ensure accurate recording of Apprentices' starting points.
  • Provide individual coaching, arrange visits, and support Apprentices in developing workplace skills essential for qualification completion.
  • Assess Apprentices against criteria, provide constructive feedback, and utilize e-portfolios effectively.
  • Conduct assessments within set timeframes to monitor progress and generate evidence for qualifications.
  • Utilize e-portfolios and virtual learning environments to support Apprentices' learning and development.
  • Deliver face-to-face and virtual classroom sessions to coach Apprentices in business and management skills.
  • Track Apprentices' progress, conduct formal reviews, and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain accurate Apprentice records across various systems and assist in ongoing program development.
What We're Looking For
  • A qualified trainer and assessor with demonstrable experience in delivering Level 3 and 5 Apprenticeships and Qualifications.
  • Industry competence and experience in a senior management role.
  • Proficiency in managing learners and caseloads effectively.
  • Adept use of technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
  • The ability to consistently demonstrate outstanding or minimum good training/assessing practices, as observed through previous OTLA and standardization observations.
  • Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment with a track record of successfully achieving targets.
  • Excellent written skills to enable detailed feedback and objective setting.

This position requires an enhanced disclosure through the DBS due to its exempt status from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
