Resettlement Coach

Job Description

The Resettlement Coach plays a vital role in supporting participants in achieving their goals and reintegrating into their local communities. As a Resettlement Coach, you will work closely with our team to provide practical and emotional support, encouraging engagement with appointments and helping participants access resources to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

1. Provide one-to-one support to participants
2. Develop personalized plans to support participants in achieving their goals
3. Work closely with our team to promote positive behaviour and pro-social modelling
4. Assist participants in accessing vital services and engaging with their local community
5. Monitor and evaluate progress towards goals

Requirements

• Ability to listen effectively and communicate with others
• Ability to keep commitments and/or appointments
• Ability to use own initiative to identify and access relevant resources
• Share information appropriately within boundaries of confidentiality
• Capacity to understand and volunteer within necessary guidance to ensure both yourself and the participant understand your professional relationship

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus benefits, including access to our amazing training program and opportunities for career development.
