About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Support Worker Coach to join our team at Pearson. As a key member of our workforce, you will play a crucial role in supporting learners to achieve their qualifications and develop the skills they need to succeed in their careers.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, with experience in coaching and mentoring individuals to achieve their qualifications. You will be responsible for arranging visits with learners and line managers, observing and assessing their work, and providing constructive feedback to help them improve.

You will work closely with learners, line managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all elements of the learner journey are met. This includes identifying situations requiring periods of absence from the program and completing accurate paperwork as required.

This is a full-time position, with a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for education, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
