Area Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Territory Business Manager to reinforce our sales department in the United Kingdom, specifically in the East Midlands area.
This role involves promoting and selling Flen Health products to wound care professionals in acute and community settings, and nursing and elderly homes.
Responsibilities include:
- Representing our products and managing sales for the territory
- Taking ownership of the region by developing a relevant sales strategy with the support of the Regional Business Manager
- Maintaining a strategic business plan aligned with best practices and standards
- Realizing all sales activities from introducing new products to presentations and training customers
- Becoming the primary contact for Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the region to build long-term relationships
- Acting as Flen Health's brand ambassador and representing the company at conferences, congresses, and trade fairs
- Maintaining the CRM system according to company standards
- Working closely with the Marketing and Medical departments to achieve goals
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in territory sales within wound care or pharmaceutical, with initial experience in a similar position in a medical or pharmaceutical environment. They should be data savvy and comfortable with numbers, able to effectively use Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Showpad. Fluency in English is required, along with a valid driving license.
