We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Engineering Development Programme as an Apprentice Maintenance Specialist.

Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at our Eastwood Bakery, developing your skills in electrical, mechanical, and control engineering while contributing to the maintenance and upkeep of our equipment.

As an Apprentice Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks, diagnosing faults, and implementing repairs to ensure that our bakery operates efficiently and effectively.

You will receive comprehensive training and support from our experienced team, enabling you to grow and develop your skills over the course of your apprenticeship.

Requirements
  • Achieved 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including a Level 5 or above in Maths, a Level 4 or above in English, and a Level 4 or above in either science or ICT
  • Demonstrated passion, drive, and commitment to complete a 4-year apprenticeship with a genuine interest in engineering
