We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Management Trainer to join our team at MidKent College. This role offers a competitive salary of £43,000 - £53,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits to support your career growth and well-being. As a Construction Management Trainer, you will be responsible for assessing apprentices in Higher Construction (level 4 and above) in accordance with approved college standards and applicable validating/moderating bodies. You will also liaise with relevant departments, complete all related organisation and administration, and visit students in their workplaces to set skill development targets and monitor progress.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and learning, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to maintain good order in the teaching environment, including statutory aspects such as safeguarding, equal opportunities, and health and safety.
