The role of Residential Care Team Supervisor involves overseeing the delivery of care services in our care homes. A key aspect of this position is promoting kindness and compassion towards our residents, who are at the heart of everything we do. You will be responsible for managing staff, allocating tasks, and ensuring that high standards of care are maintained. Your leadership skills, communication abilities, and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in achieving success in this role.
