As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals to achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement risk management strategies to ensure individual safety and well-being
- Develop and deliver engaging activity programs that promote autonomy and personal growth
- Support individuals in maintaining healthy lifestyles and managing their health needs
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of individual progress and outcomes
