Hospitality Business Development Director

Elis UK Limited seeks an experienced sales professional to lead their commercial team. As a Hospitality Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving targets through effective sales strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams and driving profitability. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, leading and managing a team of 8 field sales executives, building relationships with key industry influencers, and overseeing sales forecasting and performance goals.
The role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as expertise in managing sales funnels and converting leads into tangible results. A competitive remuneration package of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, company car, full company benefits, and ongoing career development opportunities are on offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve targets.
- Lead and manage a team of 8 field sales executives to exceed sales goals.
- Build and nurture relationships with key industry influencers and strategic partners.
- Oversee sales forecasting and set performance goals.
- Analyze market trends to identify customer needs, sales potential, and pricing strategies.
- Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to strengthen your team.
